I installed this kit on a 2011 Polaris Crew 500. It did lift 2" as advertized. The Kit is not designed very well. The front strut springs rest on the circular spacers. These spacers are not thick enough and they float creating a minimal surface for the springs to contact, as if the spring could partially if not completely slip over the spacer under load. The rear triangular support brackets appear to be of sufficient thickness to support the load of the rear shocks. It seems one bolt is not sufficient to hold the two triangular support brackets in place to prevent movement under load. In addition the included hardware is inferior to the OEM hardware (bolts). The bolts are a smaller diameter than the OEM. To add insult to injury the bolts are not long enough. Once installed the threads of the bolts do not extend to the end of the nut, thus the self locking feature of the nuts is not effective. The instructions are poor, they are very generalized. Some steps are not necessary like disconnecting the sway brace. More steps were necessary to remove and install the front strut springs. These were easy enough to figure out, but the point is if you include instructions they should be correct. All that said, I’m going to use the kit, but I’m replacing the bolts with the correct diameter and length. Bottom line, it’s a budget priced kit and I kind of got what I paid for. Jim Arizona

I pruchased this item for my polaris ranger 400 2010, it doesn't fit, two reason why, one- the front axles are to short when you get the front shock spacers on they pull out, two- the back tires (stock)and wheels you have to buy wheel spacers to get them on. Called the company and they said they had no info on this product cause no one has tried it on a 400 ranger. This is the ony lift kit for a 400 ranger I can find hope some one can make one that will work or that knows about it enough to tell you the trouble you run into.....

After installation, product is warranted for 90 days for defects in workmanship and materials. Warranty is limited to refund of the purchase price or replacement of the kit, at the seller’s option.
