High Lifter Off-Road Park Rules & Regulations

1. All riders, passengers & spectators MUST sign a waiver of liability


2. Minors (17 years and under) must supply a filled out waiver and notorized consent form signed by his/her parent or guardian.


3. Minors must be accompanied by an adult that must remain at the park at all times


4. Minors cannot ride trails without adult supervision


5. Minors who come to HLORP without a parent or legal guardian present, must bring the HLORP Waiver and a notorized Parent Consent form in order to be allowed access to the park.


6. All visitors shall operate their ATV/RUV in a safe and controlled manner


7. Every ATV must meet the noise pollution standards and regulations for Caddo Parish, LA


8. Excessively loud and offensive exhausts are prohibited


9. All weapons & illegal drugs prohibited


10. All fireworks are prohibited


11. Animals must be on a leash and kept in control at all times


12. A 10 MPH speed limit will be enforced in the parking area


13. No wheelies or donuts in the parking area or around park entrance


14. Obey all signs on property


15. Do not cross fences or enter the neighboring properties


16. Do not ride on gravel areas around natural gas wells


17. Report anything considered potentially dangerous to park staff immediately


18. The staff and management of High Lifter Off Road Park reserve the right to eject any visitor for any reason they see fit
